APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS +

While cancellations may be necessary, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the service price or 100% of the service price if scheduled on a weekend or holiday. This policy ensures there is adequate time to notify guests on the waitlist.

An appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be allowed to cancel up to 4 hours before the appointment time without a cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS +

No Show will be charged 100% of the service price. Thank you for understanding!

If you think that you make be late, please call or text.

CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS +

Your first reminder will be sent 72 hours before your appointment and another 24 hours prior appointment.

PARKING +

There is free public parking outside of the salon.

PAYMENT METHODS +

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

GIFT CARDS +

Gift Cards are available for purchase HERE or in-person at the salon.

WIFI +

Wifi is availble for guest use.

CHILDREN +

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in order to maintain a personal and calming experience. Please make child-care arrangements prior to your appointment. Thank you!
